Overview
When you open a customer's profile for a Membership card, you can adjust tiers, change expiration dates, manage subscription periods, and view visit history — all from your dashboard. The available actions depend on whether your membership card uses Stripe payments, is free (no payments), or uses Membership V1.

Membership card without Stripe
For free membership cards (payment collection disabled), you can manage the following directly from the customer's profile.
Changing the expiration date
Click the Edit button next to the card expiration date.
Select the new date from the calendar.
The updated expiration date is applied automatically.
Changing the membership tier
The tier can be upgraded or downgraded from the customer's profile. Select the new tier and confirm the change.
Changing the subscription period
The subscription period can be changed between day, week, month, or year. Once you've made your changes, click Submit.
Membership card with Stripe
For membership cards with Stripe connected, certain settings are managed through Stripe rather than the customer profile.
Important: The following restrictions apply:
Tier changes — The tier cannot be changed from the customer's profile. Adjustments must be made in Stripe, or the customer can upgrade directly from their device
Expiration date — The subscription expiration date cannot be changed in the customer profile for Stripe-connected cards. It is managed automatically based on the billing cycle
Membership V1
For membership cards with Membership V1 enabled (free cards with no tiers or limits), the customer's profile will not display tier or limit information, as these features are not part of the V1 card type.
Managing visits
You can add or remove visits directly from the customer's profile.
Adding visits
Click the plus (+) icon next to Total visits.
Enter the number of visits and any relevant details.
Click Apply.

Changing card status
To delete a card from a customer's profile:

FAQs
Can I change a customer's membership tier from their profile?
Only for membership cards without Stripe. If Stripe is connected, tier changes must be made in Stripe or by the customer upgrading from their device.
Can I change the expiration date for a Stripe-connected membership?
No. The expiration date is managed automatically by Stripe based on the billing cycle. For non-Stripe memberships, you can edit the expiration date directly from the profile.
What's the difference between Membership V1 and a regular free membership?
Membership V1 is a simple member pass with no tiers, limits, or reward logic. A regular free membership (payment collection disabled) still supports tiers and limits — it just doesn't charge the customer.
What does "auto" mean in the charging device type column?
"Auto" indicates the transaction was processed automatically by the system (e.g., visits added automatically upon card installation based on your card settings) rather than manually by a staff member.
