Overview

When you open a customer's profile for a Membership card, you can adjust tiers, change expiration dates, manage subscription periods, and view visit history — all from your dashboard. The available actions depend on whether your membership card uses Stripe payments, is free (no payments), or uses Membership V1.

Profile metrics

When you open a customer's Membership card profile, the following metrics are displayed:

  • LTV (Lifetime Value) — Total amount of all purchases since the customer joined the loyalty program

  • Card status — Whether the card is installed, not installed, or deleted

  • Card expiration date — Can be edited from the profile (restrictions apply for Stripe-connected cards)

  • Membership tier — The customer's current tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold)

  • Subscription status — Whether the subscription is active or inactive

  • Subscription renewal date — The next renewal date (for Stripe-connected cards)

  • Limits — The number of visits or uses available for the current period

  • Segments — The customer's RFM segment

  • Feedback rating — The customer's feedback score

  • Card serial number — The unique identifier for the customer's card

  • Installed on device — How the card was installed (PWA, Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet)

  • Total visits — Total visits the customer has made (can be adjusted with +/− buttons)

  • UTM — The distribution channel the card was installed through

  • Card issue date — When the card was issued

  • Custom fields — Any additional fields the customer filled in during card installation

  • Promotions — Any active promotions applied to this card

Membership card without Stripe

For free membership cards (payment collection disabled), you can manage the following directly from the customer's profile.

Changing the expiration date

  1. Click the Edit button next to the card expiration date.

  2. Select the new date from the calendar.

  3. The updated expiration date is applied automatically.

Changing the membership tier

The tier can be upgraded or downgraded from the customer's profile. Select the new tier and confirm the change.

Changing the subscription period

The subscription period can be changed between day, week, month, or year. Once you've made your changes, click Submit.

Membership card with Stripe

For membership cards with Stripe connected, certain settings are managed through Stripe rather than the customer profile.

Important: The following restrictions apply:

  • Tier changes — The tier cannot be changed from the customer's profile. Adjustments must be made in Stripe, or the customer can upgrade directly from their device

  • Expiration date — The subscription expiration date cannot be changed in the customer profile for Stripe-connected cards. It is managed automatically based on the billing cycle

Membership V1

For membership cards with Membership V1 enabled (free cards with no tiers or limits), the customer's profile will not display tier or limit information, as these features are not part of the V1 card type.

Managing visits

You can add or remove visits directly from the customer's profile.

Adding visits

  1. Click the plus (+) icon next to Total visits.

  2. Enter the number of visits and any relevant details.

  3. Click Apply.

Removing visits

  1. Click the minus (−) icon next to Total visits.

  2. Enter the number of visits to remove.

  3. Click Apply.

Changing card status

To delete a card from a customer's profile:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the card status.

  2. Click the Delete button that appears.

Important: This does not remove the card from the customer's phone. The customer must delete it manually. The card will no longer function even if they keep it on their device.

Viewing custom fields and personalized links

Click View Custom Fields to see any custom data associated with the customer.

To copy the customer's unique links:

  • Card installation link — Click Copy next to the installation link

  • Referral link — Click Copy next to the referral link

Sending a push notification

  1. Click the Send Push tab.

  2. Select the card.

  3. Optionally schedule the message for a future time.

  4. Type your message and send.

The push notification is sent only to this customer.

Viewing customer information

Click the Information tab to view and edit the customer's personal details.

Note: Changes made here do not affect the original personal information displayed on the card itself.

Viewing customer feedback

Click the Feedback tab to view the customer's feedback history. Filter by day, week, month, year, all time, or a custom date range. Tick Only Comments to view only feedback with written comments.

Transaction history

At the bottom of the profile, the Last Transactions table shows the complete history of activity on the customer's membership card. Each row includes:

  • User name — The customer's name

  • Date — When the transaction occurred

  • Phone — The customer's phone number

  • Device — The device type used

  • Template — The card template ID

  • Event — What happened (e.g., "Visit added," "Transaction amount")

  • Amount — The number of visits or points added or deducted

  • Balance — The cumulative balance after the transaction

  • Transaction amount — The monetary value of the transaction

  • Manager — Which manager processed the transaction

  • Charging device type — How the transaction was processed (e.g., "webapp," "auto")

  • Comment — Any internal notes on the transaction

FAQs

Can I change a customer's membership tier from their profile?

Only for membership cards without Stripe. If Stripe is connected, tier changes must be made in Stripe or by the customer upgrading from their device.

Can I change the expiration date for a Stripe-connected membership?

No. The expiration date is managed automatically by Stripe based on the billing cycle. For non-Stripe memberships, you can edit the expiration date directly from the profile.

What's the difference between Membership V1 and a regular free membership?

Membership V1 is a simple member pass with no tiers, limits, or reward logic. A regular free membership (payment collection disabled) still supports tiers and limits — it just doesn't charge the customer.

What does "auto" mean in the charging device type column?

"Auto" indicates the transaction was processed automatically by the system (e.g., visits added automatically upon card installation based on your card settings) rather than manually by a staff member.
