Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can start with any plan and try all its features before being charged.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. If you're on a paid plan, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Plan > Want to modify or cancel subscription. If you're on a free trial, you cannot change your plan yourself — email support@perkstar.co.ukwith your account details and which plan you'd like to switch to, and our team will make the adjustment.
Is there a limit on customers?
No. All plans include unlimited loyalty card members.
Are push notifications free?
Yes. Push notifications are free and unlimited on all plans.
Which plan do I need for a referral program?
The referral program is available on Growth and Scale plans. It is not available on Starter.
Which plan do I need for API access?
API and webhooks are only available on the Scale plan. API documentation is at docs.perkstar.co.uk.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
No. Perkstar does not offer promo codes, discount codes, or promotional pricing. All plans are available at the prices shown.
What is Perkstar AI?
Perkstar AI is an AI-powered analytics feature available on the Scale plan. It compares customer groups and calculates performance differences in visits, revenue, and spending to help you understand the impact of your loyalty program.
What are bespoke marketing displays?
Custom-designed posters created from ready-made templates, customised with your business's brand colours and logos, ready to download and print. Available on Scale only. Perkstar does not send physical materials.
What does "custom fields on loyalty cards" mean?
This lets you customise the default text that appears on the front of your loyalty cards. For example, you could change "Available rewards" to something more on-brand. This is not related to the card issuing form — it's about adjusting the display text on the card itself. Available on Growth and Scale.
Can I change plans during my trial?
You cannot change your plan yourself during the trial. Email support@perkstar.co.uk with your account details and which plan you'd like to switch to, and our team will make the adjustment for you.
Note: Changing plans during the trial does not restart the 14-day period. Your trial continues from where it is.
