Plan and subscription

View your current plan, manage your subscription, compare plans, and review payment history.

Overview

The Plan section gives you everything you need to manage your subscription — from viewing your current plan and payment dates to upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling.


Accessing the plan section

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.

  2. The Plan tab is displayed by default.

The Plan section includes three subsections: Plan, Payment Card, and Payment History.


Plan

Current plan

The top of the Plan section displays your current subscription plan and price. Directly below, you can see your next payment due date, time, and remaining days before the next subscription renewal.

Getting help

Click the Need More button under your plan name to open the chatbot, where you can:

  • Chat with customer support (AI or human)

  • Browse the Knowledge Base

  • Join the next webinar

  • Chat with the AI copilot

Managing your subscription

Click Want to modify or cancel subscription to access the following options:

  • Upgrade your subscription to a higher plan

  • Request financial support

  • Downgrade your plan

  • Cancel your subscription

Important: If you're on a free trial, you cannot change your plan yourself. To switch to a different plan during your trial, email support@perkstar.co.uk with your account information and which plan you'd like to switch to. Our team will make the adjustment for you.

Tip: If you're on a paid plan and need help adjusting it or run into any issues with upgrading or downgrading, email us at support@perkstar.co.uk with your account information and what you'd like changed.

Comparing plans

The Compare Plans tile shows the differences between each plan, including available features and pricing for each payment frequency. Scroll through the tile to review features — a green plus icon means the feature is included in that plan, and a red minus icon means it is not.


Payment card

This section displays your default payment card on file.


Payment history

This section lists all successful and unsuccessful payments made to date. Click Details on any payment to view more information.

Downloading invoices

To download invoices, navigate to Settings > Plan > Manage Subscription. This takes you to the Stripe payment page where you can view your Invoice History, download individual invoices, and search by date.


FAQs

How do I upgrade my plan?

If you're on a paid plan, click Want to modify or cancel subscription, then select Upgrade your current plan. Choose your new plan and payment frequency, then confirm. If you're on a free trial, you cannot change your plan yourself — email support@perkstar.co.uk and our team will switch it for you.

How do I change my plan during the trial?

You cannot change your plan yourself during the free trial. Email support@perkstar.co.uk with your account details and which plan you'd like to switch to, and our team will make the adjustment.

Note: Changing plans during the trial does not restart the 14-day period. Your trial continues from where it is.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click Want to modify or cancel subscription, then select Cancel subscription. Follow the prompts to confirm.

Can I get help changing my plan?

Yes. For paid plans, email support@perkstar.co.uk with your account details and what you'd like changed. For trial accounts, this is the only way to change plans — you cannot do it yourself during the trial.

Where can I see when my next payment is due?

Your next payment date, time, and remaining days are displayed directly below your plan name in the Plan section.

How do I download my invoices?

Go to Settings > Plan > Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe page where you can view your Invoice History, download invoices, and search by date.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?

No. Perkstar does not offer promo codes, discount codes, or promotional pricing. All plans are available at the prices shown on the Compare Plans tile.
