To ensure you get the best possible start with our software, we offer a free onboarding call. This guided tour walks you through key features and allows you to ask any questions you may have.

What Is the Onboarding Call?

The onboarding call is an interactive product tour where our Customer Success Team introduces you to the most important features. This session helps you quickly familiarize yourself with the software and set up relevant settings right away.

Additionally, there is an open Q&A session where we address individual concerns.

When Does the Onboarding Call Take Place?

  • Weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • From 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM

  • 5-15 participants per session
