Automated messages make your funnels more powerful – especially when they react directly to what your leads answer. With Automation Conditions in Perspective, that’s exactly what you can do.

Instead of only triggering messages based on lead status, you can trigger them based on any response in your funnel. That means: more personalization, a better user experience, and way less manual work.

How to set up Automation Conditions

  1. Open the funnel where you want to use automation

  2. In the top-left, click “Messages”

  3. Choose the message (email or WhatsApp) you want to automate

  4. Click on "Click to add rules"

  5. Click on "+ Add rule"

  6. Now choose the funnel variable you want to base the condition on (e.g. a specific answer, result page, ZIP code, etc.)

  7. Save – and you're done!

💡 Pro tip: You can combine multiple conditions – for example, “Answer = A” and “ZIP starts with 80…”

ℹ️ Automation Conditions are available starting from the Business Plan (Legacy) / Grow Plan (New) onwards. It can also be added via the Advanced Messaging Suite.

In all lower-tier plans, messages can only be triggered based on lead status (in the CRM).
