Good on you for taking data protection seriously. This topic is also very important to us, which is why we want to support you as best as possible to ensure that your work complies with data protection regulations.

What is a contract for DPA and why do I need it?

A data processing agreement (DPA for short) is a contract between the processor (perspective.co) and the controller (you, as the data collector).

By offering you a DPA, we guarantee that appropriate technical and organizational measures will be implemented in such a way that the storage and processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation DSGVO (German) and GDPR (Europe-wide) and will ensure the protection of all rights of the subject of the collected data.

In order for you to comply with GDPR regulations, we would like to ask you to sign an AV contract with us, as data processor. (More about this in Art. 28 Abs.3 DSGVO)

How do I receive my contract for DPA?

  • Please download the DPA by clicking on the button below and save it to your laptop

  • Make sure to change the file name at the end and add your last name or your company’s name (02_Appendix to the Data Processing Agreement_2.2 - Perspective_MyCompany)

  • Please note that the contract has already been signed by us and only requires your signature

  • Please fill out the document carefully and sign on the last page

  • Once you are done, please send the file back to us:
To do that open the support chat on the bottom right of the website and click on the paperclip to add an attachment.

  • The contract comes into effect and is valid as soon as you sign it and send it back to us. We will check whether the document is complete.

  • We recommend that you store your contract with your other data protection documents.
