What to do if you won't be able to use the app for a while

We're sorry to hear you won't be able to use the app for some time. We don't have a way to put your account on hold at the moment. Not to worry though, you won't lose access to the app or your account and everything will be kept as is: your health plan, points, Hearts, and rewards.

If you'll have access to the internet and can open the app at least once a day, we'd love to see you in the app. You have the whole day to report your medications, play the games and have some extra support during this time!
