Your daily steps should come automatically from the Apple Health app on your phone (assuming you have an iPhone).

If they don’t, you can follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Type in Health in the search bar, click the app

  3. Click Data Access & Devices

  4. Click our app

  5. Click ‘Turn All Categories On’

Once this is done, your step activity should start being sent to us automatically.

Using a fitness tracker?

If you're using a wearable tracker that does not sync with Google Fit such as a Fitbit or Galaxy Watch, read this article to see how you can still connect it to the app.
