Your daily activity should come automatically from the Apple Health app on your phone, if you have an iPhone or iPad.
If they don’t, you can follow these steps.
Go to the Settings app on your device.
Type in Health in the search bar, click the app
Click Data Access & Devices
Choose our app from the list
Click ‘Turn All Categories On’
Once this is done, your step activity should start being sent to us automatically.
