Exporting Billing Charges to your EHR

⚠️ This document applies to Organizations with a Billing Integration setup within their Phamily Account. If you do not have a Billing Integration, see How to Use Phamily to Bill for CCM for your billing needs.

If your Organization has a Billing Integration in Phamily, follow these steps to Export your Billing charges to your EHR:

1. Click on Enrolled

Click on Enrolled

2. Ensure that all Patients listed have a Provider selected and click READY TO BILL. If you'd like to export charges for a different Patient set, you can use filters on the enrolled page to customize the Patient List.

Note: Claims submitted for Patients who do not have a Provider listed will not be processed

Click on READY TO BILL and ensure that all Patients listed have a Provider selected

3. Click on Send Claims to EHR. Note: Only members with EHR Manager permission will see this button. If you need to update your permissions reach out to Phamily Support.

4. Select the Data Transfer for your Organization

5. Click on SEND REQUEST

Viewing your Data Requests

To check the status of your requests, do the following:

1. Click on your Profile icon

Click on your Profile icon

2. Click Data Transfers

To check the status of requests, click Data Transfers

3. The Data Transfer Log will appear

Click on Data Transfer Requests
