What this is
Documents is a searchable filing cabinet for farm files. You can upload records yourself and return to source files kept by supported Phase imports.

Open More → Documents.
Files Phase keeps from imports
Phase keeps the source PDF used by Crop Plan Import and files uploaded through invoice, stock-list and grain-contract imports. A crop-plan PDF can still appear in Documents when Phase could not read the plan. Keeping the source file does not mean the import succeeded.
Upload a file
Select Upload document.
Choose a supported photo, PDF, CSV, TXT or Excel file up to 25 MB.
Add a useful name, document type, document date and notes.
Save the document.
The document date controls the year under which the file is shown. Phase may suggest a date from the file name, but you can change it.
Receipts, warranty cards and operator manuals uploaded from a machine's Documents tab also appear here under Warranties and Manuals, while remaining linked to that machine.
Find, update or remove a document
Search by file name, notes or season. Filter by year or document type, including crop plans, invoices, soil, yield, boundaries, compliance and other.
Open Edit to change the filing name, type, document date or notes. This does not change the uploaded file itself. Select a document to open or download it.
Delete a document only when the stored copy is no longer needed. Deletion cannot be undone.
