What this is

The Advisor workspace gives agronomists and advisers one place to move between clients, review product requirements and stock, manage recommendations and open a client's farm. What you can see is still controlled by each client's sharing and farm permissions.

Where to find it

Open Advisor in the main navigation. The client list is on the left. Select a client to work with their recommendations and product information, or choose Open farm to enter the grower's normal Phase workspace.

For a product-focused view, open MoreClient products.

Review products across clients

The Products table can show, for each product you are allowed to see:

  • Quantity needed for clients' remaining planned work

  • Current stock held in their sheds

  • Quantity used during the last twelve months

Use the filters to focus on consignment stock, products with planned demand or products with recent movement. Open a product row to review the split client by client before relying on the total.

Consignment stock

Consignment stock is product owned by a reseller or supplier but held on a grower's farm until it is used. Phase shows the owner and totals the consignment drawdown separately so it can be reviewed for invoicing.

If grower-owned and consignment quantities of the same product are stored together, Phase may be unable to determine which owner's stock was used. It reports that uncertainty instead of guessing a split. Check the source movements and commercial records before invoicing.

Recommendations and spoken Notes

The workspace keeps client recommendations and treatment write-ups from spoken Notes close together. When Phase detects a treatment in a voice Note, it shows the paddocks named under Where and Draft recommendation opens a composer with those paddocks already selected. Review product matches, rates, units, water rate, timing and every paddock before saving; nothing is created automatically.

A recommendation covering several paddocks remains one recommendation in the adviser and grower inboxes. Sending it produces one PDF covering the combined area, while adding it to plans creates the required activity for each paddock. Approve, ignore and delete act on the whole recommendation, so split it first if one paddock needs a different decision.

Open a client's farm

Select the client and choose Open farm to use their paddocks, map, records and inventory as they see them. Features the client has not shared remain unavailable. If expected information is missing, confirm the selected client and their permissions instead of asking for broader access as a workaround.
