I clicked on the Reset Password button in the email I received but nothing happens

If the pop up window opens up and you see a blank page, copy the URL and paste it in Chrome Browser.

If there is no pop up window, right click on the 'Reset Password' button and choose 'copy link address', then open the Chrome browser and paste the URL in the search box.
