Bluetooth disabled! Can't connect to devices

Why am I getting the error alert and what should I do?

The pHi-Tech devices communicate with your mobile phone by Bluetooth.
If you receive the "Bluetooth disabled! Can't connect to devices" it means the Bluetooth mode on your mobile phone is disabled or has a problem.
Please make sure your Bluetooth mode is turned on.
