What are the Steps to Downloading Photos? (Mobile)

If using iOS, you can download the Pic-Time App from the Apple Store to easily browse your galleries. Alternatively, you can log in with your preferred browser.

Download Full Gallery

1. To download all photos, click on the menu button in the upper left corner of the gallery and select Download Full Gallery.

2. Depending on what your photographer has available, you may have different download options. Click Download Full Gallery. Click Download to Mobile, then click on the .zip file.

3. The .zip folder will be downloaded to your Files app, which you can extract into your Photo library. You may be able to click the download link directly from the browser to open the .zip folder.

Download an Individual Photo

1. Click the photo you would like to download and select the downward-facing arrow located at the top.

2. Select High-Res or Web-Size (if available) and select to Download to Mobile, Google Photos, or Dropbox.

3. Wait for the image to load, then tap and hold to save the image. Click Add to Photos to save the image to your photos folder. This step may vary for various mobile devices.


Download a Selection of Photos

1. To begin downloading a selection of images on mobile, click Select in the upper right corner. Checkmark the images you would like to select to download. Click Download and Share.

2. Click Download. Select the size (if available).

3. Click Download to Mobile if you would like to download the images to your mobile device. Alternatively, you can save the images to Dropbox or Google Photos. Then click on the .zip file.

The .zip file will be downloaded to your Files app, which you can extract into your Photo library. You may be able to click the download link directly from the browser to open the .zip file.
