How to View Deposit Status at Picol

Written by Tyson

You can check the status of your crypto deposit on the deposit history page in your Picol account. This article will guide you through the process of locating this page and checking the status.

App operation step

After logging in, click [Account] - [Deposit] - [Clock Icon] - [Deposit].

Web operation step

After logging in, click [Wallet] - [Deposit] - [Deposit]. At the bottom of the webpage, you will be able to see the "Deposit history."

How to check the transaction process on the blockchain browser

You can search for the cryptocurrency name you deposited through CoinMarketCap and click on the “Explorers” to select the network you are using.

For example, if you deposited TRX via Tron (TRC20), search for TRX on CoinMarketCap, click the drop-down button in front of the “Explorers”, select [tronscan.org], and enter the TRC20 blockchain explorer browser.

You can paste the TXID obtained from the external exchange or wallet into the TRC20 blockchain explorer to check the status of your deposit.

Need to confirm:

  1. Whether the result/status field is displayed as complete/success

  2. Whether the number of block confirmations is sufficient

You can select the cryptocurrency you deposited and the blockchain network you are using on the deposit page of Picol. The page will display the number of block confirmations required for the deposit to arrive in your account. For example, take TRX deposited via Tron (TRC20)

If the withdrawal status from the exchange or wallet that initiated the withdrawal shows "completed," the "Result/Status" field on the blockchain browser is "successful," and the number of confirmations is sufficient, please wait patiently for 30 minutes. The funds will be credited to your Picol account soon.
