How to setup QR codes in MirrorMe Booth

This guide will demonstrate how to add a QR code to your photos and associate them with a PicPic Social Microsite while using MirrorMe Booth

Overview 

The purpose of this guide is to assist with setting up a QR code in MirrorMe Booth. When using PicPic Social, scanning the QR code will redirect the user to the location of their photo which will be located on the Microsite.

Required Steps

[A] Create Your Microsite
[B] Select the Microsite within your event
[C] Acquire the Prefix URL
[D] Setup the QR code
[E] Try it out!

[A] Create Your Microsite

In order to integrate PicPic Social with MirrorMe Booth, you need to have a Microsite available. If you do not have a Microsite created, please refer to guide on How To Setup Microsites.

[B] Select the Microsite within your event

After you've created your Microsite, you need to select it within your event. Click Events, Click Actions next to the event name, then Edit. Scroll down to the Microsites/Unique URL section, and select the Microsite template of your choice.

[C] Acquire the Prefix URL

You need to get the Prefix URL, this is the link to the Microsite. In order to get the Prefix URL click on More Info, then click on Advanced. Copy the Prefix URL, you will need it to setup the QR code.

[D] Setup the QR code 

Open MirrorMe Booth. Click Photo layout, you'll be taken to a new page. Within the page, click on the "+" sign right below the QR code icon. Click the Features, Click QR code on the left hand side. Paste the Prefix URL that that copied in section C into the QR Code Url field. Select Use ?= before file name and Do not add file type. Click Save.

[E] Try it out!
