Email templates make sending emails faster and ensure your brand message is always clear. They can be used for both campaigns and automated emails.
To create a new email template, navigate to ‘Marketing’ and select ‘templates’.
Click on ‘new template’ to start your design.
You will then find the same email editor as when designing a new campaign or automated email
Complete your template design (see here for email design tips!) and don’t forget to save your template!
Tip: Don't forget to regularly check how your email will be displayed on a desktop or mobile phone.
You're all set! Now, try creating a new email campaign or a new automated email. Right after you click, you'll be presented with template library and you'll see yours waiting there!
