How to send out an email campaign

Create and send out an email campaign to a predefined contact list.

Email campaigns are a great way to promote new products, special deals, and send out a newsletter. Most importantly, your emails can include a voucher to give your loyalty members a special gift!

Using the ‘lists’ tool, campaigns can also be directed at specific contacts filtered based on data collected in the Dashboard, such as:

  • tiers

  • location

  • age

  • points

Check out the steps to create a contact list with filters, then you can start designing your email for the campaign!

To create a new email campaign, navigate to ‘Marketing’ and select ‘campaigns’.

Once on the page, click ‘new campaign' in the top right corner.

From here, you can choose a template from your personal library, or one of the global templates.

Select your template and press ‘Use’. You can now start configuring your email content and design.

Press ‘Next’ to go to ‘Information’ and configure your email settings such as sender name, subject line, and subscription type. Choose the subscription type ‘Marketing’.

Once finished, click ‘Next’ to choose a contact list to which you’d like to send this email.

Finally, click ‘Next’ to send your email, and choose between ‘Send directly’ or ‘Schedule’.
