How to monitor the progress of a voucher

How to track your voucher’s performance

Vouchers can be included in email campaigns or automations, but how do you track their performance once they’ve been sent? You can view all the voucher codes that have been distributed, along with their individual statuses. Filters are available to help you sort by contact or status, giving you a clear overview of voucher activity.

You can also compare the total number of vouchers sent to the number of redemptions, helping you measure engagement and campaign effectiveness. This is a powerful way to evaluate the return of a specific email campaign with a voucher attached.

First navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and select ‘Promotions & Vouchers’ from the dropdown.

Select the promotion you would like to investigate.

Click the ‘Vouchers’ tab on the left hand side to see all the sent out vouchers and their respective statuses. You can also filter on the contact or the status of the voucher.

Click the ‘redemptions’ tab to see the all uses of the promotion. Here, you can filter on the date or the contact. So you can see the success rate in a specific range of time.
