To create a voucher, first navigate to ‘Loyalty’ and select ’Promotions & Vouchers’ from the dropdown.

Click ‘New promotion’ and configure your name and description, followed by clicking ‘Create’.

You can now navigate to the ‘Validity’ tab on the left hand side to choose the activation period and expiration period of your voucher.

Select either a static or dynamic date and time for the voucher activation and expiration. Dynamic expiration dates are based on the initial activation date & time of the voucher.

Once your voucher has been created, you can connect it to an email to send out.
