In the dashboard you can see how many customers have redeemed a specific reward you have set up, along with a breakdown of the activity. It’s a useful way to measure the popularity and effectiveness of a single reward within your loyalty program.
Start by navigating to ‘Loyalty’ and then ‘rewards’.
Choose the respective reward you want to investigate.
Locate and select the ‘transactions’ tab on the left to see all the redemptions on this reward.
On this page you will find info about the redemption such as the location, date + time, contact, and channel.
