A run down of all automation triggers

When you create a new empty automation, you must select a trigger that will start your automation. Setting the right trigger for an automation is important because it determines the starting point of your automation flow. You cannot change this after you have created the automation.

Contact updated

This event is fired when a contact's attributes are updated. At the starting point you can add filters to select contacts and specific contact attributes that have been changed.

Form submission completed

This event occurs when a form is submitted. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts, and forms.

Credit reception created

This event occurs when a credit receipt occurs. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts and details regarding the transaction itself, like amount, channel, or shop/profile.

Physical reward reception created

This event occurs when a physical reward is claimed. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts or the reward.

Voucher redeemed

Based on the status of a voucher code, this event occurs when a voucher code is redeemed by a contact. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts or the voucher redeemed.

Voucher expired

Based on the status of a voucher code, this event occurs when a voucher code becomes expired. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts or the voucher expired.

Contact created

This event occurs when a new contact is created. You can add filters to the starting point for contact attributes.

Tier reached

This event occurs when a new tier is reached by a contact. You can add filters to the starting point for contact attributes or the specific tier changed

Prepaid transaction created

This event occurs when a prepaid transaction occurs. You can add filters to the starting point for contacts and details regarding the prepaid transaction itself, like amount and channel
