How to start an automation after a specific point threshold

It is possible in the dashboard to start an automation for a customer after they have reached a set amount of points. This is particularly useful for mastering your automated flow and rewarding extra loyal contacts. Let your customers know you care about their extended loyalty!

  1. Set Up Automation: ◦ Click on the nine dots in the top right corner of your dashboard, then select ‘Automations’. ◦ Click ‘New Automation’ and choose ‘Empty Automation’. ◦ Select ‘Contact Updated’ as the trigger for your automation.

  2. Configure Automation: ◦ On the automation page, add a filter group on the trigger by clicking the ‘starting point’ box.

    ◦ Here, you may create a filter group that the contact attribute ‘Total Credits Received’ is equal to the respective amount you want. ◦ Click the small plus sign to add the desired actions to this automation.

  3. Activate Automation: ◦ Review your automation settings and give it a name. (Make sure re-enrolment is witched off if you only want customers to go through this flow once!) ◦ Click ‘Activate’ when you are ready to enable the automation.

Now, customers will be enrolled in this automation flow once they reach the set number of credits!
