How to merge contacts or change a contact's email

For when a customer, client or contact would like to change their email address or move data to another contact. Not for user emails!

  1. To merge contacts, navigate to ‘CRM’ and select ‘Contacts’ from the dropdown.

  2. Click on ‘New contact’ and enter the email of your contact. Click on ‘Create’.

  3. On the contact profile page, click ‘Actions’ and select ‘Merge contacts’.

  4. On the following page, you can search for the old email that you wish to merge. Select this email and click ‘Merge contacts’.

  5. You can now see that all of the data of the contacts has been merged.
