How to Configure the Contacts Portal (and Web-app)

The Contact Portal is a web-page (and web-app) where customers can easily log in to check points, view vouchers, and update profile info. Access it anytime via the portal URL, but the easiest way? Just link it in all your emails!

Important: The contact portal cannot be linked to the wallet pass!

  1. Accessing the Contacts Portal:

    • Click on 'Apps' and select ‘contacts portal’ from the dropdown.

  2. Overview and Integrations:

    • Click on "Edit contact portal". Then click on "Settings" and "Business Information".

    • Select the business profile to link to the contact portal.

    • To set up or update your payment integrations, follow the steps below:

    • From the left-hand side of the screen, click "Payment Methods".

    • Click Go to payment provider and select your desired payment gateway

  3. Linking Your Own Domain:

    • Click on "Edit contact portal". Then click on "Settings"

    • Select ‘domains’ on the left-hand side to link your own custom domain or use a Leat sub-domain.

    • Press ‘link domain’ in the top right corner and use the DNS records to proceed.

  4. Editing the Portal's Appearance:

    • Click on "Edit contact portal".

    • Click on "Content" to configure and display your logo and cover image.

  5. Editing Portal Pages:

    • On the left side, you will see the various pages you can edit: ‘log in’, ‘Sign up’, ‘home’, and ‘settings’.

    • On the right side, you can edit the text, images, and data displayed on the various pages.

  6. Registration Attributes:

    • On the Sign up page, click the + icon next to Attributes to select the fields customers need to fill out when signing up through the app.

  7. Loyalty Features on the Home Page:

    • On the ‘home’ page, select which loyalty features are shown, such as rewards, gift cards, or a referral program.

Automated Emails:

  • Finally, design and then connect the different automated emails via the 'settings'->'apps'->'emails'.

  • These include the ‘login email’ and ‘registration email’.
