To configure the contacts portal, click on the 9 dots in the top right corner, and select ‘contacts portal’ from the dropdown.

On the ‘overview’ page you can see the profile the portal is linked to and any payment integrations that might be added after they have been configured.

Select ‘domains’ on the left hand side to link your own custom domain or use a Piggy sub-domain. Press ‘link domain’ in the top right corner and use the DNS records to proceed.

To edit the outlook of your contacts portal, press the ‘edit contact portal’ button on the left hand side. On the main page, use the ‘branding & settings’ button in the top right corner to configure any logos, colour, fonts or app icons for your portal.

On the left side, you will see the various pages you can edit, ‘login’, ‘register’, ‘home’ and ‘settings’. On the right side, you can edit the text, images and data displayed on the various pages.

You can also connect different automated emails on the right editor side, like the ‘login email’ and ‘registration email’.

On the ‘register’ page, you can choose the various attributes customers needs to fill out when signing up through the app.

On the ‘home’ page, you can select what loyalty features are shown such as rewards, Giftcards, or a referral program.
