Navigate to ‘Marketing’ and then ‘Emails’.

Select ‘New email’ and choose the appropriate email type.

In step 2 ‘Content’, locate the ‘Video’ icon on the right hand side, and drag and drop it into your email design. Click on the video field in the email, and find the ‘Link’ field on the right side. Copy and paste your Youtube or Vimeo link in this field.
