I Purchased the Premium Features of Pillow and Now Pillow Is Asking Me to Unlock the Premium Features Again

If you have already unlocked Pillow's premium features and then deleted or installed the app on another iOS device, you can restore that purchase for free as long as you have set up your device with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase Pillow in the first place.

To restore your Pillow Premium purchase, please follow these steps:

Verifying Your Premium Subscription Status

To check the status of your Pillow premium subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Open Pillow on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Go to the Settings menu, accessible from the top right-hand side.

  3. Navigate to the Pillow Premium section.

  4. Select Manage Premium for details about your current subscription status.

  1. Ensure that you are logged in with the same iCloud/Apple ID that you used to purchase Pillow Premium in the past (all purchases are tied to their Apple IDs).

  2. Open Pillow on your iPhone or iPad.

  3. Tap on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner.
