How to Manage Your Pillow Premium Subscription or Trial

Frequently asked questions regarding how Pillow's premium subscription works.

Pillow uses Apple's subscription system and all subscriptions and trials are auto-renewable. Auto-renewable subscriptions or trials will automatically renew unless you cancel them 24 hours before their expiration.

How can I cancel my subscription or trial?

You can cancel your subscription any time from Pillow:

  1. Open Pillow on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap on the "Settings" button in the top right corner.

  3. Scroll down to find the "Pillow Premium" section and tap on "Manage".

  4. Tap on "Edit or cancel subscription".


Can you cancel my subscription or trial?

Sorry, we can't. Pillow doesn't have user accounts, and we don't have access to any purchase information. Only the subscriber can cancel their subscription or trial using the instructions above.


I canceled my subscription or trial, but I still have access to all features!

Don't worry, this is normal! When you cancel your subscription, you will have access to all premium features until the expiration date of your subscription or free trial.


Can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with Pillow, we'd love to know more about the reasons behind this decision so that we can improve. Due to the way Apple's subscription system currently works, we cannot provide a refund directly, but you can contact Apple and ask for a refund by following this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084


Can I share my subscription with other family members?

Of course! You can share your Pillow Premium subscription with other family members.

To share your subscription using Family Sharing, please ensure that all of the following are correctly set up:

  1. Purchase sharing is enabled on your device, and your family members are allowed to share purchases you make on the App Store.

  2. Pillow is not hidden from your purchase history. See instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201322


Can I use the same subscription on multiple devices?

Yes, of course! You can use the subscription on all of your devices as long as they are set up with the same Apple ID.


I switched Apple IDs. Can you transfer my subscription to my new Apple ID?

Sorry, that is not possible. All purchases on the App Store are tied to your Apple ID, so there is no way for us to transfer your subscription to the new Apple ID.


I purchased Pillow Premium before Pillow switched to subscriptions. Do I need to buy a subscription?

If you bought Pillow as a one-time in-app purchase, you get full access to all the premium features available when you made that purchase. Pillow will try to restore your purchase automatically, but if this fails, you can also restore that purchase manually from the settings dialog. You can also share this in-app purchase with other family members.

However, please note that some of the new premium features added or some of the upcoming premium features that will be added will require a subscription. In that case, these features will be locked, and you will see an indication to purchase a subscription.
