LogTen’s Feedback Portal allows you to share your ideas for improving LogTen directly with our team. Feedback submitted here is reviewed regularly and helps guide future updates.

Where to Find LogTen’s Feedback Portal

On your iPhone or iPad, you can access the Feedback Portal from the “Help” section in the LogTen Menu. Tap on the “Feedback” button to open it.

Submitting and Voting on Ideas

The Feedback Portal gives you two ways to participate:

  1. Vote on existing ideas

  • Before submitting new feedback, review the ideas already under consideration.

  • To vote, click on an idea and select whether it is a Must have, Nice to have, or Not interested.

  • The number of pilots who have voted on an idea is displayed, allowing you to see which improvements matter most to the community.

2. Submit a new idea

  • If your idea is not already listed, click the blue Give feedback button in the top right corner.

  • Provide details about your suggestion so our team can review it.

  • Please note: new submissions are reviewed by the LogTen team before appearing in the Feedback Portal, so they may not be visible right away.

We love receiving your feedback. Pilots have shaped every stage of LogTen, so please keep sharing your ideas to help us build what matters most to you.
