Use this site for your pre-arrival checklist - whether it's for the Owners family or Charter, have your guest setup easily accessible by your team.
In this article, we’ll guide you through creating a guest setup site that consolidates all your pictures and instructions for the crew in one place. You will be able to categorise setups by deck, charter, and owner preferences, making it accessible from mobile devices or iPads on the boat.
Create a new site
Click on the '+New Site' button in your Accounts & Sites menu. Name the site and select the site plan.
Create Tags
Here's some suggestions:
💡 [Owners Family] - You can use this tag to link it to the yacht setup that the Owners Family prefers. Example: 'X Brand of sun cream by the jacuzzi' - The X brand sun cream is the preference for the Owners Family, not the charter guests.
💡 [Owners Request] - You can use this tag to filter the necessary set up for the Owners arrival.
💡 [Charter] - Use this tag to link it to the yacht setup for charter
💡 [Housekeeping] - Use this to filter the housekeeping setup (Bedding, towel arrangements)
💡 [Service] - Use this to filter the Service setup (Table arrangements on different decks or salons)
Set up Custom Fields
Here's some suggestions:
💡 [Location] List - Sun Deck, Beach Club, MD Salon, etc.
💡 [Department] - List Interior, Service, Housekeeping, Deck
Add Users
You can now manage users from your Site Settings.
