Hard refreshing your browser and clearing cache can sometimes help performance issues within the Pinpoint Works web app. As a reminder, Chrome is our recommended browser for best performance.
Hard Refresh
Hard refresh on Chrome or Firefox using the following commands:
Chrome/Firefox on Windows: Control + Shift + R
Chrome/Firefox on Mac: Command + Shift + R
Clear Cache
Clearing only Pinpoint Works Cookies and Cache:
Open Pinpoint Works in Chrome
Click "view site information" at the top left > “cookies and site data” > "manage on-device site data"
Click the bin icons for Pinpoint Works sites
Click "reload" on the top panel and you will be signed out of Pinpoint Works > "allow all cookies"
Log back into your Pinpoint Works account
