Profile Settings
Click the top right icon/name to access the Profile Settings menu.
Here you can set your displayed name, password, date displayed format, and set your email notification frequency. To return to your work list points, click the back arrow button in the top left corner of the Profile Settings page.
Avatar
Upload your avatar here using the 'Change Avatar' button. Need to delete your avatar? No problem, clicking 'Delete' will revert the avatar to the default - your username initials. Have multiple users with the same initials? Clicking 'Delete' to change the avatar color for the default username initials setting.
Password
When setting your password, there are several criteria which must be met. The pop-up will indicate if your chosen password meets these requirements.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, please click the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the login page. Enter your e-mail address and a reset link will be sent. Upon updating or resetting your password, you will receive a confirmation email verifying the successful change. If you can no longer access that email address, you can now 'Update Your Email Address' in Profile Settings.
Note: We don't have access to or the ability to view or change your password - it can only be achieved in the profile settings or by clicking on the 'Forgot Your Password' link from the web login page.
Site Plan Zoom Speed
Adjust the zoom in and zoom out speeds with this toggle. Small site plans may want to zoom more slowly than larger site plans.
Date Displayed Format
Choose the date format that makes the most sense to you. This will appear only on your account.
Email Notifications
There are several frequency options for receiving email notifications so you can set the frequency that is right for you.
In addition to the Dashboard’s Activity Feed, email notifications are one way to inform you of changes made to points on your work list, including comments.
