How to Change or Reset Your Password
If you forget your password click the 'Forgot your password' button on the main login screen of the web app. Enter your email, then click 'Submit'. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
If you need to reset your password from your mobile device, open your device's internet browser and access the web app login page, where you can follow the same steps.
You can change your password anytime on the 'Profile Settings' page.
Upon updating or resetting your password, you will receive a confirmation email verifying the successful change.
