Refill Referral Code

If you did not enter a referral code when signing up and If the below conditions are met, you can still add it later in the Pionex app or on the website.

  1. You can only enter a referral code within 14 days of registering your Pionex account.

  2. If you have placed trade orders after registering, you can only enter the referral code within 3 days.

After logging in, click [Pionex] - [Avatar Icon] - [Referral Code], input the valid referral code, and click [Confirm] to submit.

FAQ

1. I have successfully submitted a referral code. How can I remove it or change it to another one?

Please note that once you have successfully submitted a referral code to your Pionex account, it cannot be removed or changed to another one.

2. The system shows my referral code is invalid after submission. What should I do?

Please first verify that the referral code is from the correct platform — Pionex only supports referral codes from the same platform, and codes from other platforms (such as Pionex.US) cannot be linked. If the source is correct, try copying and pasting the code directly instead of typing it manually to avoid errors. If it still shows as invalid, please contact Pionex online customer support for further assistance.

3. How can I check which referral code is currently linked to my account?

Website: Avatar → Dashboard → locate the referral code field.

App: Pionex → Avatar → Referral code.

4. How can I check the fee discount rate of my referral code?

Website: Avatar → Dashboard → locate the referral code field → click the "i" icon on the right to view the discount rates for spot and futures trading fees.

App: Pionex → Avatar → Referral code, where you can view the fee discount rates.

5. Is the fee discount applied directly at the time of trading, or paid back as a rebate afterward?

It is paid back as a rebate after the trade. Fees are still charged at the standard rate at the time of trading, and the rebate amount will be credited in USDT to your primary account. You can check the detailed records in the USDT History of your primary account.

6. Why does my fee discount show 0%?

The discount rate is set by the referrer when the invitation code is created, and cannot be changed once set. If your discount shows 0%, it means the referrer did not assign any rebate to invitees when creating the code, and this cannot be adjusted afterward. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your referrer directly. For further assistance, please contact Pionex online customer support.
