To continuously enhance your trading and asset management experience, Pionex will implement a comprehensive upgrade to the VIP tier system. While maintaining the overall benefits framework, this upgrade expands the asset calculation scope and lowers certain thresholds to help you access fee discounts and higher-tier benefits more easily.
I. Key updates
Tier expansion: VIP10 added.
Asset calculation scope optimization (easier to qualify): Switching from counting only Earn balances to counting total account assets.
Trading volume threshold adjustment (faster upgrades): The VIP1 threshold is lowered to a 30-day futures trading volume of 3,000,000 USD or a 30-day spot trading volume of 20 BTC. Thresholds for other tiers have also been lowered accordingly.
II. Effective date and calculation rules
Effective time: 2025/11/01 00:00 (UTC+8).
Automatic tiering: The system will automatically recalculate your VIP tier and fee rates daily at 01:30 (UTC), based on your past 30-day rolling trading volume and 30-day average total account assets. No application is required.
Qualification logic: Meeting any one of the following criteria will upgrade your VIP tier: 30-day futures trading volume, 30-day spot and leveraged token trading volume, or 30-day average total account assets. The system will automatically apply the highest tier you qualify for.
