To further optimize our platform's rebate system and simplify rebate rules, Pionex will adjust the current rebate rules. The new rules will officially take effect on July 31, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC).
Rebate Rules Adjustment for Ordinary Inviters and Agents
Starting from the effective date of the new rules, the spot trading rebate rate for all ordinary inviters and agents will be adjusted to 20%, and the futures trading rebate rate will be adjusted to 15%. The rebate rate will no longer be tied to the monthly trading volume of referred users or the number of new effective referrals per month. All ordinary inviters and agents will enjoy a fixed rebate rate, making the rules simpler and more transparent.
KOL User Rebate Rules Explanation
This adjustment does not affect KOL users, and their rebate benefits will remain unchanged. KOL qualification standards are primarily based on a comprehensive evaluation of social media follower count, community size, industry influence, and other factors.
For specific rebate rates and related cooperation details for KOL users, please contact your assigned business manager directly. If you do not have an assigned business manager and believe you meet KOL standards, please send an email to service@pionex.com, and we will arrange a business manager to connect with you through our official customer service channels.
Important Notes
1. This adjustment does not affect KOL users and only impacts ordinary inviters and agents.
2. This adjustment only affects rebates generated after the new rules take effect. Rebates generated before the effective date will be executed according to existing rebate rules.
3. The cycle for all rebate distribution timing remains unchanged.
