To continuously optimize our platform services and enhance user experience, Pionex will upgrade the network wallets for ALGO / ADA / DOGE / ATOM / XLM / FIL / BCH / XTZ / APT / DASH on January 7, 2026 at 07:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 10 minutes. After completion, deposit and withdrawal functions for the related cryptocurrencies will automatically resume without further notice.

  1. After the wallet upgrade, deposit addresses generated before the following times on the corresponding networks will expire:

  2. Funds deposited to expired addresses remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can recover their funds within 2 months through the self-service recovery function on the "Wallet Records" page.
  3. We strongly recommend that users log in to the Pionex App or website to obtain and verify the latest deposit addresses.
  4. During the upgrade, deposit and withdrawal functions will operate normally and will not be affected.
