- Funds deposited to expired addresses remain safe but will not be automatically credited. Users can recover their funds within 2 months through the self-service recovery function on the "Wallet Records" page.
- We strongly recommend that users log in to the Pionex App or website to obtain and verify the latest deposit addresses.
- During the upgrade, deposit and withdrawal functions will operate normally and will not be affected.
