FAQ

Q: The cryptocurrency I want to convert is in my Pionex account, but shows an “Available” balance of 0 or less than the desired amount in the convert function. How can I resolve this?
A: This happens because your assets are occupied in trading bots, unfilled limit orders, or other trading activities. We suggest you check the relevant asset occupation status in the Account section and close any unnecessary orders to proceed further.

Q: What are the fees for utilizing the convert function?
A: Utilizing the convert function to convert assets does not incur any fees. However, there may be some spread or slippage. If you want to convert at a more favorable price, we recommend using the Spot manual trading function.

Q: What is the difference between the convert function and the spot trading function?
A: The convert function allows you to quickly convert your assets without placing them on the order book, with Pionex as the counterparty. In contrast, the spot trading function allows you to convert your assets at a specific price, with other traders as the counterparties who place orders in the order book section.

Q: The currency I want to convert from or into is not available. How to solve this?
A: The convert function operates based on the available trading pairs. If you do not see the "From" and "To" currencies listed directly, it means you will need to use a common intermediary currency.

For example, if you want to convert from BTC to PAXG, the direct trading pair "BTC/PAXG" may not be available. However, you can use a common currency such as "USDT," where the pairs "BTC/USDT" and "PAXG/USDT" are available. This allows you to convert BTC to USDT first, and then USDT to PAXG.
