1. What is the Growth Fund?
The Pionex Growth Fund is a bonus fund provided by Pionex for eligible users who have participated in various events and activities.
2. How can I receive this fund?
Generally, these funds are awarded when users complete certain events or tasks (such as KYC or Net Deposit tasks). Once you meet the criteria, the Growth Funds will be distributed to your account.
3. Will I be notified if I receive this fund in my account?
Yes, you will be notified via app push notifications.
4. How can I use the Growth Funds? Do I need to do anything?
Upon receiving your Growth Funds, depending on the specific event you participated in, they will be automatically invested in either the Arbitrage Product "For Growth Funds Only" or the Flexible Product under the Earn section.
You may follow the steps below to check on the usage of your growth funds:
APP: Wallet → Earn → Arbitrage → Scroll down and find "For Growth Funds Only" product → Details → Transaction
WEB: Earn → Arbitrage → For Growth Funds Only → Details → Transaction
5. Can I use Growth Funds for other trading purposes, such as futures or spot trading?
Growth funds will only be automatically invested in the products mentioned in Question 4. They cannot be used for Spot trading, Futures trading, or as collateral.
Note: If you are looking for Futures bonuses, please check your "Futures Grid Bonus" or "Futures Trial Fund" sections, as these are different from the Growth Fund.
6. What is the expiration period for the Growth Fund?
The validity period varies from 5 to 7 days from the date of distribution, depending on the specific event you followed. Please refer to the event rules and the conditions section on the event page to determine the exact validity period.
7. Can I withdraw the Growth Fund?
No, you cannot withdraw the Growth Funds. After the expiration date is reached, Pionex will reclaim the Growth Funds, and any generated profits will be distributed to your primary account. These profits can be withdrawn or used for other trading purposes. In each arbitrage cycle, users can earn an annualized return of no less than 0.01%. As market activity increases, the potential yield may rise further.
8. Why did the Growth Fund disappear from my account?
Don't worry! After the expiration period, Pionex will automatically reclaim the principal amount. The principal will be removed from your "Total Equity." However, the profits generated during the period will remain in your account and will be distributed to your Primary Wallet.
