Pionex Trading Fee Overview

1. What Are Trading Fees?

Pionex does not charge bot usage fees. The platform only charges trading fees when users actually execute buy or sell transactions. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount, and different transaction types apply different rates.

3. Are There Extra Charges for Using Bots?

No. Pionex trading bots (Spot Grid, Futures Grid, DCA Bot, Rebalancing Bot, etc.) are all free to use. The platform only charges standard trading fees when a bot actually executes a trade — no subscription or management fees are charged.

The one exception: the Futures Moon has a different fee structure from other bots — no trading fees are charged during operation, but when closing a position, reducing a position, or withdrawing profits, the platform charges 20% of total profits as an order management fee. If the order is not profitable, no fee is charged.

4. Are There Fees for Stablecoin Conversions Such as USDC/USDT?

Yes. Trading any trading pair on Pionex (including stablecoin pairs such as USDC/USDT) will incur trading fees at the spot rate (0.05%) upon execution.

5. How to Get Lower Fees?

Pionex offers a VIP tier system. After reaching a certain 30-day trading volume or asset balance, you can enjoy fee discounts. You can check your current tier and corresponding rates at the following:

6. FAQ

Q: I'm using a Futures Grid Bot — is a fee charged on every trade?
A: Yes, every grid-triggered buy or sell will generate a trading fee. Since the Futures Grid Bot uses limit order mode, the Maker rate of 0.02% applies, rather than the Taker rate of 0.05%, so fees are relatively low.

Q: Why is the fee for TSLAX and CRCLX 0.1% instead of 0.05%?
A: Tokenized Stocks trades require on-chain interaction. Both the buyer and seller are each charged 0.1% to cover on-chain network fees, which is why the rate is higher than the standard spot fee of 0.05%. This is normal.

Q: Why is the fee for Dafang 1%?
A: Dafang is a Meme Guru Token. Trades of this token type require on-chain interaction, and both buyer and seller are each charged 1% to cover on-chain network fees.
