What is the Fixed Earning Product?
The Fixed Earning Product is a fixed-term investment product on Pionex. Once you subscribe, the platform automatically runs arbitrage or lending strategies on your behalf to generate returns — no manual action required. At the end of the term, your principal and interest are automatically returned to your main account.
Unlike Flexible products, Fixed products cannot be redeemed or cancelled before the lock-up period ends. Please make sure you won't need access to these funds during the term before subscribing.
How to Subscribe to a Fixed Product?
In App
Step 1: Open your Pionex App, click [Wallet] - [Earning] - [Fixed Product].
Step 2: Select the subscription duration you wish to apply for and click [Subscribe]. Enter the amount you would like to subscribe with and read the instructions carefully. Once everything is correct, click [Subscribe].
Step 3: A secondary confirmation pop-up will then appear. Please carefully review the subscription details and confirm whether you would like to enable Auto Reinvest. After confirming the information is correct, check the Terms & Service box and click [Confirm].
On Web
Step 1: Open the Pionex website and click [Earn] - [Earning] from the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Click [Fixed Product], then select [Subscribe] based on the subscription duration you prefer.
Step 3: Enter the amount you would like to subscribe with, read the instructions carefully, and confirm whether you would like to enable Auto-Purchase. Once everything is correct, click [Subscribe].

Q: What term lengths are available?
A: Fixed products are currently available in 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day terms.
Q: Is the APR fixed?
A: No. The APR on Fixed products is a floating rate that adjusts daily based on market lending demand. Actual returns are calculated at the end of the term.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum subscription amount?
A: The minimum subscription amount is 5 USDT, and the maximum is 3,000,000 USDT.
Q: Will my funds be returned automatically when the term ends?
A: It depends on your Auto-Reinvest setting:
If Auto-Reinvest is off, your funds will be automatically redeemed to your trading account when the term ends.
If Auto-Reinvest is on, your funds will roll into the next term automatically. To get your funds back, please disable Auto-Reinvest before the term ends.
Q: Is there a redemption fee?
A: No. Redemption is completely free of charge.
Q: What's the difference between Fixed and Flexible products?
A: Fixed products have a set lock-up period during which funds cannot be accessed. Flexible products can be redeemed at any time. We recommend choosing based on your planned use of funds.
Q: Why is there no available quota to subscribe to?
A: Each Fixed product has a limited quota. Quota is partially released every day at 02:00 (UTC) on a first-come, first-served basis. If no quota is currently available, please check back after 02:00 (UTC) daily.
Q: The term has ended, but I still see "No redeemable amount". Why?
A: Redemptions are processed at the daily settlement time of 10:00 (UTC). Even after the lock-up period ends, you may need to wait until the next settlement window. The system will display the remaining wait time — please be patient.
Q: Can I redeem my Fixed product early?
A: Fixed-term earning products have a lock-up period because the platform needs to allocate funds into structured yield strategies that cannot be interrupted mid-term. During this period, early redemption is not possible. If you need more flexibility over your funds, we recommend choosing the Flexible product next time, which allows redemption at any time with no lock-up restrictions.
