As the product continues to improve and user feedback accumulates, this policy may be adjusted. All changes will be promptly disclosed on this page to ensure transparency and timeliness.
Which cashback is this? This page covers Card Cashback — the rebate earned on Pionex Card spending. It is not Referral Cashback (shown in your wallet records as "Invitee Cashback"), the trading fee discount you receive when you trade with a bound referral code. 2. Latest Cashback Rules

When is cashback credited? Cashback is credited in real time: it posts to your account together with the eligible transaction, at the moment the purchase is recorded. There is no separate daily, monthly, or batched payout cycle to wait for.
3. Transactions Not Eligible for Cashback
Any transaction not included in the exception list below automatically earns the cashback by default; only transactions matching the specific MCC and country combinations below are ineligible (the same merchant in other regions remains eligible for cashback):
