Pipebooster offers two functionalities: data enrichment and job change tracking. In this article, I will describe in detail how to use Pipebooster for data enrichment.

Before you begin, you will need to have some data. For information on how to get started with Pipebooster, please refer to our article on importing data.

Data Enrichment

The data enrichment function is capable of finding missing information about a contact. As input, Pipebooster needs to know the following:

  • Full Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR Company Email OR Company Website)

  • First Name AND Last Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR Company Email OR Company Website)

  • Personal Linkedin profile

Missing information that is Pipebooster capable to find is Job Postion, Personal Linkedin Profile, Company Website, Company Linkedin Profile, and Personal Email.

To use Pipebooster for data enrichment, you will need to set up your project as shown in the image below.

  1. Unselect ‘Track job changes

  2. Keep selected ‘Enrich data

  3. If you also want to enrich emails, please make sure to keep the 'Enrich Emails' option selected.

Additionally, you can set the 'Enriching frequency,' which determines how often Pipebooster will enrich data in your project. For data enrichment purposes, we recommend selecting 'Only once'.

To launch a project, simply complete the import process and wait a few minutes for the results. You can then close the browser window as Pipebooster will send you a notification when the enrichment process is complete.

If you require the ability to upload enriched data directly to your CRM, please feel free to schedule a call with our integration specialist. They will work with you to determine the best process to meet your needs.
