How to use Pipebooster for job change tracking?

Pipebooster offers two functionalities: data enrichment and job change tracking. In this article, I will describe in detail how to use Pipebooster for job change tracking.

Before you begin, you will need to have some data. For information on how to get started with Pipebooster, please refer to our article on importing data.

Job Change Tracking

The job change tracking function is capable of finding possible job changes in your contact list and new information about a contact. As input, Pipebooster needs to know the following:

  • Full Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR Company Email OR Company Website)

  • First Name AND Last Name AND (Company Name OR Company Linkedin OR Company Email OR Company Website)

  • Personal Linkedin profile

Information that is Pipebooster capable to find is New Job Postion, Personal Linkedin Profile, New Company Website, New Company Linkedin Profile, and New Personal Email.

To use Pipebooster for job change tracking, you will need to set up your project as shown in the image below.

  1. Keep select ‘Track job changes

  2. Keep selected ‘Enrich data

  3. If you also want to enrich emails, please make sure to keep the 'Enrich Emails' option selected.

Tracking frequency‘ and ‘Enriching frequency‘ keep same. We recommend setting the frequency for job tracking to one month. This means that Pipebooster will process the contact list you upload to the platform every month and notify you of any possible job changes for each contact.

To launch a project, simply complete the import process and wait for the results. You can then close the browser window as Pipebooster will send you a notification when the enrichment process is complete.
