Hot Leads

Clients that have created a Mindbody profile with your studio within the given period (Excludes GymPass, ClassPass, and Drop-ins)

Gross Leads

Clients that have purchased a trial or visited a class in your studio for the first time within the given period, regardless of when their profile was created (Excludes GymPass, ClassPass, and Drop-ins)

Total Booked

Of the Total Leads, the number of leads who have booked a visit in the given period

Leads with a Visit
Of the Total Leads, the number of leads who have at least one visit in the given period

Total Memberships
Of the Total Leads, the number of leads that have purchased a subscription/autopay membership in the given period

Lead to Booked

Percentage of leads that booked a class

Lead to Visit

Percentage of leads with a visit

Percentage of leads that converted to a membership

Affiliate Clients

The number of affiliate clients (ClassPass, Gympass, or Drop-In) that have booked a class or visited your studio for the first time within the given period

The sum of Active Autopay Members plus Active Class Packs in the given period

Active Members

Number of unique clients with an "Active" status and a membership service in the given period Membership sales include all contract sales, excluding complimentary and influencer contract sales, including paid in full services

Active Class Packs

Number of unique clients on an active class pack service

Cancellations

Number of unique clients that have had a contract cancelled and client status updated to "Terminated" within the given period

% of Cancellation

Number of unique clients that have had a contract cancelled and client status updated to "Terminated" within the given period divided by number of unique active clients with a membership sale in the given period (Active Members)

Suspended

Number of unique clients with a "Suspended" status and a membership service in the given period Membership sales include all contract sales, excluding complimentary and influencer contract sales

% Suspended

Number of unique clients are suspended divided by number of unique active clients with a membership sale in the given period (Active Members)

Low Engagement
Unlimited and Paid-in-Full members with <2 Visits in the Last 7 Days

% Low Engagement

Unlimited and Paid-in-Full members with <2 Visits in the Last 7 Days divided by number of unique active clients with a membership sale in the given period (Active Members)

At-risk Clients

Unlimited and Paid-in-Full members with an Engagement Score of 60 or lower

Declines

Number of unique clients with status 'Declined' and a visit within the last 30 days

Balances

Number of unique clients with an Account Balance currently

Total Revenue

Sum of revenue generated from all Contract, Product, and Services sales for a given period (Unlimited Autopay Revenue + Limited Autopay Revenue + Class Pack Revenue + Late Cancel/No Show Revenue + Other Revenue), with a comparison to the previous period

Average Billing per Member

The Autopay revenue value, including Unlimited and Limited Autopays, for the given period divided by the Active Members for the given period

Unlimited Autopay

Sum of revenue generated from all Unlimited contract sales for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Limited Autopay

Sum of revenue generated from all Limited contract sales for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Class Packs

Sum of revenue generated from all Class Pack sales for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Late Cancel/No Show

Sum of revenue generated from all late cancel and no show fees processed for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Paid In Full
Sum of paid in full revenue for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Other Revenue

Sum of revenue generated from all Product and Services sales for a given period, with a comparison to the previous period

Account Balances

The sum of all outstanding client account balances

Class Pass

Total number of ClassPass visits in the given period multiplied by affiliate revenue per visit

Revenue Performance over Time

Total Revenue over time by service type. Projected revenue is an estimate based on the current month's total

Rolling 30 days

Sum of all sales revenue for the trailing 30 days, excluding taxes, and with a comparison to the previous period

MTD Billing

Sum of all sales revenue month-to-date (MTD), excluding taxes, and with a comparison to the previous month-to-date

MTD Average Billing Per Day

Sum of all sales revenue month-to-date (MTD), excluding taxes, and with a comparison to the previous month-to-date

Daily Attendance

Visit count across all classes over a given period

Visits By Class

Visit count across all classes over a given period

Detail by Studio

A breakdown of visit count across all classes over a given period, by studio


Daily Snapshot

Total New Members - This Period

Count of new members for the given period, regardless of when the client’s profile was created Membership sales include all contract sales, excluding complimentary and influencer contract sales, does not include reactivations

Total New Members - Previous Period

Count of new members for the previous period, regardless of when the client’s profile was created Membership sales include all contract sales, excluding complimentary and influencer contract sales, does not include reactivations

# New Leads

The number of clients that have created a profile with your studio since the first day of the given period

# of Trial Purchasers

Of the New Leads, the number of clients that have also purchased a trial in the given period

# Trials Attended

Of the Trial Purchasers, the number of clients that have at least one visit in the given period

# of Trial Conversions to Member

Of the Trials Attended, the number of clients that have converted to a subscription/autopay membership in the given period

Lead Sources

The "Referred By" value from Mindbody for the New Leads

Leads Without Purchase (Rolling 30 Days)

For the previous 30 days, a list of clients that have created a profile with your studio (New Leads), but have not made a purchase

Active Members

Number of clients with an "Active" status and a membership service in the given period Membership sales include all contract sales, excluding complimentary and influencer contract sales

Churn
Number of clients that have had a contract deleted within the given period (Cancellations), divided by the number of active clients with a membership sale in the given period (Active Members)

Suspended Members

Number of clients with a "Suspended"status

Cancellations

Number of clients that have had a contract terminated within the given period

Clients with balances

Number of clients with an Account Balance owing in the given period

Clients with declines

Number of clients with status "Declined" and a visit within the last 30 days

Utilization

Total Visits divided by Total Capacity

Total Visits

Number of client visits within the given period, excludes No Shows and Late Cancels

Total Capacity

Number of total possible visits within the given period, based on maximum class capacity for each class

Average Trialer Visits

In the given period, the number of trialers who have visits divided by the total number of trialer visits

Trialers Attended

In the given period, a list of classes that have been attended by clients on a trial service

Trialers Booked

A list of upcoming visits that have been booked by clients on a trial service

Class Packs Expiring Soon

A list of clients on 5 Classes, 10 Classes, or 20 Classes with 3 or fewer remaining

Absent X Days

Lists of "Active" clients that have not had a visit in X days, lists exclude trialers, comp memberships, trainers, free classes, and drop-ins, but do include class pass clients, and X/per week clients

Upcoming Milestones

A list of "Active" clients that are within 7 visits of the visit milestone


Clients

Engagement Score

A score of client engagement that takes into account month-over-month visit cadence, total visits, late cancels/no shows and client status

LTV

Lifetime total of all client sales
