How to map Salesforce fields to fields in Pitchly
After connecting Salesforce to Pitchly, your fields will need to be mapped to push data from Salesforce to fields in your Pitchly account. The fields must be mapped by a Pitchly user with Admin permissions.
1. | Select the Integrations tab to the left of the Admin home view |
2. | Under Integrations Marketplace, click Connect in the Salesforce tile |
3. | In the Configure Source window, leave From as Salesforce and the sync option as Records |
4. | Under With the account, click the dropdown to select your connected Salesforce account > Click Next |
5. | Under Object, select the object you want to collect data from > Click Next |
6. | Under To, click the dropdown and select Pitchly |
7. | In the Configure Destination window, leave To as Pitchly and the sync option as Records |
8. | Under With the account, click the dropdown and select Connect account |
9. | Determine if you want to share with all Workspaces or select workspaces > Click Install |
10. | Leave dropdown selections as is > Click Next |
11. | Select the workspace and table you want to link to Salesforce |
12. | Under Match by field, select the field you will be mapping data by > Click Next
Please Note: The "Match by" field should contain all unique values, such as a record ID or number. Matching on a unique ID enables Pitchly to determine if an existing record should be updated or a new record created. |
13. | Map fields from Salesforce to Pitchly by selecting fields from the dropdowns |
14. | Click Finish > OK |
