When updating records in Pitchly via multiple sources, take into account the origin of your data. Determine which sources will populate specific fields.

Validate that each source has a unique identifier (for example, a Record ID) that will remain consistent across all systems.

If there is a field you plan to exclusively manage within Pitchly, do not map this field to sync with another platform. This action will result in the source system overwriting the data entered to Pitchly.

We do not recommend syncing data from multiple sources to a single field. As indicated below, the values in the Description field would continually overwrite each other when two sources are set up to feed data.
