How to set up a SQL Server integration with Pitchly
The following steps must be completed in order to successfully set up a SQL Server integration. Integrations must be configured in Pitchly by a user with Admin permissions.
1. | Create a table in Pitchly that SQL server data will feed into |
2. | Click the Integrations tab from the Admin Home Screen |
3. | Click Connect on the SQL Server tile in the Integrations Marketplace |
4. | In the Configure Source window, click + Connect account from the account dropdown |
5. | Using your SQL server information, enter the hostname, database, user, password, port and select if the server uses SSL |
6. | Click Next |
7. | Once the SQL account populates under With the account, click Next |
8. | Select the Table/View Name from the dropdown
Please note: For security purposes, views can limit what data points are shared with all users. If you select a view, only the fields included in the SQL server view will be available to map to Pitchly. |
9. | Select the ID Field Name from the dropdown |
10. | Click Next |
11. | In the Configure Destination window, select Pitchly as the service |
12. | Select the Pitchly account |
13. | Select the workspace, table and match by field |
14. | Click Next |
15. | Map fields from the SQL Server to the corresponding Pitchly fields |
16. | Click Finish |
17. | Click OK from the pop-up screen to start the automation |
Please note: For security purposes, integrations and automations may be blocked from connecting to your company's SQL account. To ensure the connection is successful, whitelist the following Pitchly IP addresses:
18.208.35.44
3.219.164.71
54.164.231.53
