How to connect Snowflake to Pitchly
Important Note: The Snowflake authentication expires every 90 days as a result of Snowflake's security settings. You will need to re-authenticate the connection within Pitchly, every 90 days. See below for instructions.
Establishing an Initial Connection
In order to establish a connection between Snowflake and Pitchly, you must first retrieve the Client ID and Client Secret. The Integration must be configured within the Pitchly platform by a user with Admin permissions.
1. | Select the Integrations tab to the left of the Admin home view |
2. | From within the Integrations Marketplace, click Connect on the Snowflake tile |

| In the Configure Source window, leave From as Snowflake and the sync option as Records |
4. | Under With the account, click the dropdown to select Connect account |
5. | From the pop-up window, enter the subdomain, Client ID, and Client Secret |
6. | Click Next |
7. | From the pop-up window, enter your Snowflake account credentials |
8. | In the Configure Source Window, select the newly added Snowflake account from the dropdown |
9. | From here, you can proceed with field mapping to complete the integration configuration or close the configure source window with the newly connected account settings saved and resume later. |
Re-Authenticate an Existing Connection
Snowflake's security settings require the connection to be re-authenticated every 90 days.

1. | Select the Integrations tab to the left of the Admin home view |
2. | From within the Integrations Marketplace, click Accounts tab across the top and locate your Snowflake User/Account from the list |
3. | Click the three dots to the right and click Reauthenticate |
4. | No changes need to be made in the Pop Up Menu, simply click Next |
5. | Indicate if you are the account holder in Snowflake.
