How colleagues can request access to your Pitchly account

Accounts can activate their request queue, which allows colleagues with the same email domain to request access to your Pitchly account. This feature can be enabled for accounts with or without SSO.


How to Activate the Request Queue

An account admin can activate the request queue by completing this form and submitting a list of approved email domains.

Once activated, the request queue allows colleagues who do not already have a login or a pending invite to request access to Pitchly. Any colleague with an approved company email domain can submit a request to join the account. These requests are sent to account admins for review and approval.


How to Submit a Request to Join

  1. Go to the Pitchly platform home page:
    https://platform.pitchly.com/

  2. Enter your email address.

Next, select your company's account name and complete the request form.

You will receive an email notification once your account administrator approves your request.


How to Approve a Request to Join

When a request is submitted:

  • Account admins receive an email notification.

  • The request appears in the Request Queue within the Users tab.

Admins can review and approve requests directly from the request queue.
